Premier Relationship Clerk/Officer (Taipei Branch)

About the role

We are looking for a Premier Relationship Clerk/Officer to deliver high‑quality professional services to our Premier customers at the Taipei branch. The role supports the branch’s wealth‑management strategy and ensures seamless, customer‑focused service across a range of non‑cash banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Floor Manager and Business Development team to meet KPIs and provide exceptional service to Premier clients.
• Assist the Premier Relationship Manager (PRM) in managing client relationships, including account opening, transaction processing, documentation, and mortgage loan support.
• Handle administrative and reporting tasks for the branch, such as preparing MI reports and processing non‑cash transactions.
• Identify business opportunities and refer potential sales leads to the PRM or other business lines.
• Maintain the Premier customer room, safety deposit boxes, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Liaise with colleagues from other product and service lines to deepen customer relationships.

Required profile

• College degree or higher with experience in the financial industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude with potential for sales development.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and internal control procedures.
• Basic English communication skills are a plus.

• Knowledge of banking regulations and financial systems.
• Ability to operate foreign‑exchange and internal audit tools (if licensed).
