职位概况
在 PwC，我们相信人才是驱动组织成长的关键。现招聘具备招募专业与活动执行能力的人才伙伴，负责从一般招募、校园招募到雇主品牌推广的全流程工作。
主要职责
- 与各业务单元合作，了解人才需求并执行 End-to-End 招募流程，包括简历筛选、人才搜索、面试安排、Offer 与报到前作业。
- 规划并执行校园招募活动、大型面试及人才推广项目，维护学校合作关系，提升学生及求职者的招募体验。
- 协助雇主品牌内容规划与运营，负责 Workday 招募系统操作与数据维护，定期追踪招募成效并参与流程优化。
任职要求
- 具备 2 年以上招募相关经验，熟悉完整招募流程并能独立完成面谈与招聘作业。
- 拥有人才搜索渠道实务经验，熟悉 LinkedIn、Workday 或其他 ATS 招募系统。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、服务导向思维以及活动策划与项目执行能力，能够同时处理多项任务并保持质量。
必备技能
- LinkedIn Recruiter 或其他人才搜索工具
- Workday 招募系统或其他 ATS 系统
