职位概况

作为助理成本经理，您将在项目交付过程中支持成本经理，协助完成成本管理相关工作，涉及项目规模多样的建筑与设施工程。

主要职责

开展背景调研、数据收集与基准比较，为成本管理提供依据。
编制并更新成本计划，支持成本团队的预算编制。
整理招标清单，分析投标文件并撰写报告。
协助准备采购文件，处理变更并管理变更控制流程。
进行成本核对、估算及最终账目编制。
跟踪成本进度，编制月度成本报告并负责文档管理。

任职要求

具备建筑、工程或相关专业背景。
能够进行数据收集、成本估算及报告撰写。
熟悉招标流程及采购文件编制。
具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够在团队中有效合作。
