Manufacturing Technician – Cleanroom Assembly & Testing

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician you will work hands‑on in a cleanroom environment building, repairing and testing multimillion‑dollar display and wafer‑fabrication equipment used in semiconductor and advanced‑display manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, repair and test display and wafer fabrication equipment in a cleanroom environment, following electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations, vacuum leak detection, pressure testing, and functional testing using test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps.
• Audit parts inventory, ensure components meet quality standards, and document all production activities.

Required profile

• Associate degree or higher in a technical field.
• Experience with mechanical assembly and electro‑mechanical/electrical equipment, preferably in semiconductor or display manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and mechanical assembly drawings.
• Relevant certifications (electrical wiring, forklift, aerial work platform) are a plus.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and comply with cleanroom PPE requirements.
