Manufacturing Quality Manager (Linkou)

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives at our Linkou facility. The role combines team leadership, audit management, and cross‑functional problem solving to ensure high‑tech manufacturing excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Quality Engineers and Project Leaders, allocating resources and setting priorities to resolve quality issues.
• Own ISO‑9001 audit strategy, plan and execute audits, follow up actions and validate compliance, including supplier audits and three‑way meetings.
• Drive material quality escalation, lead cross‑functional teams to contain issues and apply structured problem‑solving methods (8D, FMEA, SPC).
• Evaluate manufacturing and supply‑chain processes, promote LEAN practices and steer long‑term quality transformation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Manufacturing, PE, D&E, Procurement, Supply Chain) to capture feedback and influence strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in high‑tech manufacturing, with proven quality leadership, supplier management and audit responsibilities.
