Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner, responsible for leading talent acquisition, HR operations and strategic partnership for our business units in Taiwan. You will work closely with managers to align people strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle talent acquisition for assigned business units, handling sourcing, interviewing, assessment, selection and onboarding.
• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations and employee‑lifecycle processes such as onboarding/off‑boarding, compensation and benefits administration, and HR data/system maintenance.
• Partner with business managers to align HR strategy with business goals, advising on organisational design, headcount planning and talent initiatives.
• Drive performance management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning and employee development within the unit.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and line managers on engagement, workplace relations, policy guidance and conflict resolution.
• Ensure HR operations and business practices comply with Taiwan labour laws, internal policies and risk‑management standards.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of hands‑on HR experience covering talent acquisition, general HR operations and business partnering.
• Prior experience in the electronics or technology sector, especially in start‑ups, subsidiaries, spin‑offs or high‑growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan labour legislation, recruitment practices, HR operations and compensation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with proven ability to influence mid‑to‑senior management.
• Agile mindset capable of balancing strategic partnership with hands‑on operational tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
