Finance Manager – Taiwan (Industrial Services)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Taiwan finance function for a fast‑growing multinational industrial services and engineering business. The role offers broad exposure to FP&A, business partnering, financial control, compliance and regional stakeholder management while supporting a high‑performing local management team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance business partner to local management, sales and operations teams.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and financial planning activities.
• Monitor revenue, margins, operating expenses, working capital and cash flow.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations for commercial and strategic decisions.
• Review pricing, contracts, project profitability, revenue recognition and investment proposals.
• Ensure compliance with Taiwan statutory, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Manage month‑end closing, audit activities and financial reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and drive finance process improvements.
• Lead, coach and develop the local finance team.
• Collaborate with regional and global finance stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of finance experience with exposure to FP&A, business partnering and financial control.
• Previous people‑management experience.
• Strong understanding of Taiwan tax, audit and statutory compliance.
• Experience in multinational, matrix organisations.
• Ability to influence senior business stakeholders.
• English communication skills sufficient for regional collaboration.

Required skills

• SAP (or large ERP) experience.
