Finance Assistant Manager – International Organization

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant Manager to join the finance team of an international organization. The role will own key finance and accounting activities, including financial closing, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, while supervising junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and variance analysis to provide visibility into business performance.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts and long‑term financial planning.
• Analyze financial and operational performance and monitor key indicators such as cash flow and working capital.
• Supervise and develop junior finance/accounting team members and coordinate day‑to‑day priorities.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, banks and professional advisors to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in a Big 4 audit environment and in‑house corporate finance/accounting is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and relevant tax requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with major ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English for an international working environment.
