Electronics Supervisor – Make & Pack

About the role

The Electronics Supervisor leads the Electronics Technician team within the Make & Pack department, ensuring smooth production operations, equipment reliability and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Electronics Technician team in the Make & Pack department, ensuring daily production tasks, machine run‑time and work discipline are managed effectively.
• Coordinate work assignments based on production plans, develop team schedules, and maintain attendance, overtime and working‑hour records.
• Develop, implement and keep up‑to‑date documentation in line with IWS methodology and quality system requirements.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis of machine downtime and customer complaints, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Own the performance, stability, maintenance and runnability of Make & Pack electrical equipment and assess technicians’ skill levels.
• Enforce factory safety rules, promote EHS compliance and maintain 5S3R housekeeping standards on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, maintenance or engineering, preferably in FMCG, semiconductor or pharmaceutical environments.
• At least 3 years of people‑management experience with proven coaching and team‑development abilities.
• Strong track record of troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions to reduce downtime.
• Experience planning and executing projects, coordinating stakeholders and driving continuous‑improvement activities.
• Intermediate proficiency in English and solid competence with Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
