EHS Manager – Environmental, Health & Safety

About the role

We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to ensure our Kuanyin site operates in line with Huntsman’s Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Process Safety Management (PSM) standards, as well as local regulations. The role will lead the EHS team, drive a Zero‑Harm culture and support all site functions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Huntsman’s EHS & PSM standards, local laws and ISO 14001, and develop site‑specific strategies.
• Provide guidance and training to all departments, organise competency tests and ensure procedures are understood and followed.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to review and improve process safety and efficiency.
• Build and manage an emergency response team, ensure alarm systems are operational and staff are trained.
• Lead the Kuanyin EHS team, manage the EHS budget and foster a visible Zero‑Harm culture across the site.
• Maintain relationships with local authorities, communities and government bodies.
