Data Engineer – Manufacturing & Supply Chain Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to support manufacturing and supply‑chain analytics initiatives. The role will own end‑to‑end data pipelines, ensuring high‑quality, consistent data across multiple source systems while collaborating with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data integration workflows.
• Build and optimise data models that serve manufacturing and supply‑chain analytics use cases.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Databricks and CDC pipelines (e.g., Qlik Replicate) to guarantee system stability.
• Work with SQL Server BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, Power BI) to deliver analytics beyond simple reporting.
• Identify data gaps in existing architectures and propose practical, scalable improvements.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience as a Data Engineer or in an analytics/data‑engineering role.
• Comfortable working with ambiguous business requirements and driving clarification.
• Growth‑mindset with a focus on continuous technical improvement and solution quality.
• Strong ownership and responsiveness to maintain system reliability.

Required skills

• Data integration, ETL development, data modeling.
• Databricks platform.
• SQL Server BI technologies: SSIS, SSAS, Power BI.
• CDC pipeline monitoring (Qlik Replicate).
• Experience with AWS cloud environments (preferred).
