About the role
IBM Consulting is seeking a Business Transformation Consultant specialized in manufacturing. You will partner with leading companies to drive Industry 4.0 initiatives, leveraging AI, IoT and cloud technologies to accelerate digital transformation and improve operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze client data, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to identify optimal manufacturing solutions.
- Guide clients through the design and implementation of Industry 4.0 strategies, integrating AI, IoT and Watson assets.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and ensure their successful application within manufacturing environments.
- Deliver cloud‑based digital floor solutions, machine‑learning models and data‑driven insights to boost throughput, yield and process optimization.
Required profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent advanced education.
- Proven experience with core consulting methodologies and industry‑specific analysis.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and the practical use of AI, IoT and Watson solutions.
- Experience delivering digital solutions that combine cloud platforms, machine learning and data analytics.
