职位概况

负责在分行柜台为客户提供存取款、账户开户等基础银行业务，并通过交叉销售提升金融产品服务。

主要职责

办理存款、取款及其他柜台业务，确保交易准确。
受理账户开户申请，执行KYC、CDD合规检查。
核对并平衡柜员现金箱与线上账目，完成总账分录。
更新客户信息系统，协助分行档案管理。
遵循反洗钱政策，报告可疑交易。

任职要求

具备至少6个月银行柜台工作经验并通过内部考核。
外汇业务经验不少于3个月（如涉及外汇）。
持有信托业务证照并在系统登记（如涉及信托开户）。
熟悉KYC、CDD及反洗钱流程。

必备技能

现金处理与核算能力。
客户服务与需求识别。
合规审查与风险报告意识。
