Senior Installation Supervisor - Rail Signaling

About the role

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Senior Installation Supervisor to lead on‑site installation activities for a major railway project in Taiwan. You will coordinate subcontractor teams, work closely with engineering and Test & Commissioning experts, and act as the primary site contact to ensure smooth progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily installation works, monitor quality and safety compliance.
• Serve as the main interface between client, subcontractors, and internal teams, resolving issues promptly.
• Review and approve subcontractor installation plans, track document submissions, and report status to the Site Manager.
• Lead toolbox talks, identify risks early, and enforce Siemens and project standards.
• Coach junior supervisors, share best practices, and gradually assume greater management responsibilities.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in railway, metro, E&M, infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills with proven ability to manage site teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Native Chinese speaker with conversational English.
