Quality Manager

About the role

Siemens is seeking a Quality Manager to lead project quality management and documentation control for its Taiwan operations. The role ensures compliance with Siemens’ PM@Siemens methodology and ISO 9001 standards across large‑scale engineering and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project quality management and maintain documentation in line with PM@Siemens and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Manage the full lifecycle of quality documents, including submission, review, version control and archiving.
• Support Project Managers with document revisions, change management and audit readiness.
• Establish standardized document workflows to improve traceability and governance.
• Act as the quality management representative for the Business Unit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project quality management, document control or quality administration, preferably on large‑scale engineering or construction projects.
• Experience working in multinational or corporate environments with established project and quality systems.
• Proven ability to support internal and external audits.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Familiarity with Siemens’ PM@Siemens framework or equivalent project management systems.
• Strong document control and lifecycle management capabilities.
