Manufacturing Production Operator 日班 (Day shift)

About the role

Samtec is looking for a Manufacturing Production Operator to work the day shift in Taiwan. The role requires hands‑on operation of production equipment, assembly of electronic components and coordination with fellow operators to meet quality and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machines according to the production process, perform product assembly and use soldering iron for connector and wire tinning.
• Coordinate with other operators to ensure compliance with production standards and conduct simple product inspections.
• Record daily production data and operate BNA, PNA and TDR testing instruments (experience preferred).
• Maintain a 5S workplace, provide assembly and quality training, and support routine housekeeping tasks.

Required profile

• Intermediate Mandarin proficiency (must be able to read, write and speak).
• Experience with wire tinning, solder gun operation, visual inspection and use of calipers is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Machine operation and product assembly.
• Soldering iron and wire tinning techniques.
• Operation of BNA, PNA and TDR testing equipment.
• Use of calipers and basic inspection tools.

What we offer

• Base salary starting at NT$35,000 per month.
• Attendance allowance NT$1,000 and meal allowance NT$1,800.
• Night‑shift differential NT$600 per night (approximately NT$13,200 per month).
