Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing critical markets and new customers within the assigned sales territory. You will build and maintain strategic relationships, ensuring strong foundations for solution selling and high customer satisfaction across supply‑chain and value‑added services.

Key responsibilities

• Define target markets and new customers, create and execute sales strategies.
• Develop and nurture key relationships with customers and suppliers to drive solution selling.
• Maintain customer satisfaction in supply‑chain management and related value‑added services.
• Prepare and present internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) with strategic plans and implementation steps.
• Lead regular QBRs with major customers to uncover additional sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell Arrow’s full portfolio, including supply‑chain and life‑cycle programs.
• Utilise sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com and Oracle to monitor performance.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in a technical or engineering sales environment.
• Strong understanding of pricing programs and models in the electronics industry.
• Ability to develop strategic account plans and drive demand creation.
• Experience preparing comprehensive business reviews and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Typically holds a 4‑year degree (or equivalent experience) or an advanced degree with fewer years of experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SalesForce.com.
• Experience using Oracle for sales tracking.
