UX/UI Designer – Build Intuitive Digital Products

About the role

Flexii is seeking a creative, data‑driven UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive, beautiful digital experiences. You will work across the full product lifecycle, from research and concepting to high‑fidelity design and prototyping.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover pain points and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and interaction concepts that clearly communicate ideas.
• Design polished, brand‑consistent interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and accessible.
• Build interactive prototypes for testing and hand‑off to engineering.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation.
• Maintain and evolve Flexii’s design system to guarantee consistency across platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in startups or SaaS environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a clear design process and problem‑solving ability.
• User‑centric mindset with keen attention to typography, layout, and color.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field; front‑end knowledge (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
