Senior HR Specialist

About the role

Rakuten Taiwan is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to lead recruitment strategy, talent selection, and HR system optimization. You will partner with department heads to attract top talent, improve hiring quality, and streamline HR operations within a dynamic sports‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process: define job requirements, craft job ads, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.
• Collaborate with managers to clarify staffing needs, talent criteria, and interview evaluation standards.
• Enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring success rates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline and long‑term talent database.
• Review and improve HR processes covering onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Develop standard operating procedures, forms, and guidelines to increase consistency and transparency.
• Identify process risks, propose concrete improvements, and ensure HR practices align with company policies.
