Senior Associate Consultant – New Business & POS Support

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant to support its New Business (NB) and Point of Service (POS) functions in Taiwan. The role focuses on developing process documentation, driving process‑improvement initiatives, ensuring regulatory and internal‑control compliance, and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of new product implementation and process‑improvement projects for NB and POS.
• Analyse existing business processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and design enhancements.
• Prepare and submit business requirements, monitor project progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and implement service‑improvement initiatives to boost operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Represent NB and POS functions in cross‑functional projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
• Perform regulatory‑compliance activities, assess applicable regulations, and implement necessary measures.
• Conduct internal‑control audits, identify issues, and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or business‑process improvement, preferably within financial services or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate processes and recommend actionable improvements.
• Excellent project‑management capabilities, including planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and internal‑control frameworks.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality service.
