North Asia Insight Generation Manager (AI & Analytics)

About the role

The North Asia Insight Generation Lead will own end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑powered insights across Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong. This role blends advanced analytics, stakeholder engagement and regional leadership to turn complex data into commercial strategies that improve sales force effectiveness and brand competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of insight generation initiatives across North Asia markets.
• Own high‑priority projects such as resource optimization and advanced analytics in segmentation & targeting.
• Translate business problems into advanced analytics solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Drive adoption of AI‑powered insight generation frameworks and build scalable analytics solutions.
• Identify and prioritize high‑impact use cases across sales force effectiveness and commercial domains.
• Act as primary point of contact for North Asia stakeholders and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders and influence decision‑making through methodology design and data storytelling.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in analytics, data science or commercial insights.
• Strong experience in pharma or healthcare industries.
• Proven track record delivering sales force effectiveness or commercial analytics solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with data‑science/AI methods such as machine learning, optimization and predictive analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
