Product Designer – UX/UI for AI‑Powered Short‑Term Rental Platform

About the role

At Base360.ai we are building an AI‑powered platform that lets anyone launch, operate and scale a short‑term rental business. We are looking for a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer who will turn complex operational workflows into simple, beautiful experiences. You will work directly with the founders and engineers to create products that solve real problems for property managers, operational teams and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition and user research through prototypes, final interfaces and implementation reviews.
• Speak with operators and internal teams to understand workflows and pain points.
• Turn complex requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes and polished interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to deliver designs that respect real data, edge cases and technical constraints.
• Test ideas early, incorporate feedback and iterate post‑launch.
• Use AI tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining high design standards.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and excellent visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex information without hiding essential details.
• Experience working directly with engineers and seeing designs through to production.
• High ownership, attention to detail and comfort with evolving requirements.

• Figma (auto‑layout, components, design systems, interactive prototyping).
