Packaging Artwork Design Assistant

About the role

As a member of Ubiquiti's Packaging Design Team, you will help create compelling unboxing experiences while ensuring safe transportation and brand consistency. You will work on multiple product projects, adapting artwork to meet production requirements and supporting the overall packaging strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Execute packaging artwork design for multiple projects and SKUs, following established brand guidelines.
• Adapt, localize, and revise artwork based on project needs and production feedback.
• Maintain artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout design and production phases.
• Support printing sample reviews, proofing, and coordinate adjustments with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
• Organize and manage artwork files, design guidelines, and related assets for efficient project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency with 2D design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of printing processes and packaging materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Effective communication and time‑management skills.
