CRM Manager – Global Customer Lifecycle

About the role

Tomofun is seeking a senior CRM Manager to lead global customer lifecycle communication. You will design and operate systems that drive engagement, retention and long‑term value for our pet‑tech subscription users.

Key responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, referral and win‑back, defining initiatives, decision frameworks and success metrics.
• Partner with Product, Data and Growth teams to translate behavioral signals into predictive lifecycle interventions and automated journeys.
• Design scalable playbooks, automation frameworks and reusable journey patterns for consistent execution across markets.
• Establish measurement and experimentation frameworks to evaluate channel and program performance globally.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM or retention marketing within a consumer subscription business.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and shape product and growth roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a customer‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with Braze, Amplitude and Mixpanel.
• Experience building scalable lifecycle systems and always‑on journeys using modern marketing automation tools.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization and operational efficiency.
