Bar Manager – MO Bar

About the role

The MO Bar Manager leads the daily operations of the MO Bar, ensuring a seamless guest experience while driving revenue through strategic menu planning and promotions. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and cost‑control responsibilities within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of the MO Bar and provide leadership to all bar staff.
• Train, evaluate, and schedule colleagues in line with company policies.
• Develop and implement a system for checking maintenance of tabletop supplies.
• Plan menus, set pricing, and create promotional events to maximise revenue.
• Manage cashiering procedures and ensure accurate billing.
• Build and maintain the beverage menu with cost‑control considerations.
• Ensure all menus are current, correctly spelled, clean, and presentable.
• Keep menu descriptions up to date and distribute them appropriately.

Required profile

• Degree or Higher National Diploma (or equivalent) in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Food & Beverage Management (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in bar operations within a 5‑star luxury hotel or premium standalone bar.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of bar operations and service standards.
