Associate – Client Operations (Taiwan)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate to support APAC institutional client and product reporting. The role involves reviewing month‑end portfolio validations, preparing customized client and product reports, and handling ad‑hoc client requests while ensuring smooth production workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Support APAC client and product reporting tasks.
• Review month‑end portfolio validations.
• Prepare customized client and product reports.
• Address ad‑hoc client inquiries and requests.
• Maintain efficient production workflow and timely handling of requests.
• Investigate and research reporting issues.
• Escalate issues to ensure accurate and efficient resolution.
• Identify and propose continuous‑improvement ideas, including automation.
• Participate in approved improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related business field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of fund or segregated mandate operations (a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to resolve complex issues with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with VBA programming (desired).
