Web Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Web Marketing Specialist will plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns to boost ARBOR’s online presence and support business growth. Working on‑site in New Taipei City, the role involves managing website content, coordinating online initiatives and using analytics to improve traffic, engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email and content‑driven initiatives.
• Manage website content, performance monitoring and continuous optimisation.
• Oversee social media channels, plan content calendars and track engagement.
• Analyse web analytics data to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch product‑specific campaigns and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in marketing and online marketing with experience planning integrated campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience in B2B or technology‑focused environments; familiarity with AIoT is a plus.
• Ability to interpret data, generate clear reports and communicate insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
