Warehouse Laborer – Inventory & Shipping

About the role

Supermicro is seeking a reliable Warehouse Laborer to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory handling and timely shipment of goods. The role involves receiving, sorting, storing, and preparing items for dispatch while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, classify, label, and store incoming goods according to company standards.
• Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring compliance with shipping requirements and rapid dispatch.
• Record inventory levels, locations, and inbound/outbound movements for management reporting.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Maintain safety standards by proper stacking, safe equipment operation, and keeping the warehouse clean.
• Assist with additional tasks like inventory counts, packing, and general warehouse upkeep as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or related environment preferred.
• Good communication skills in Chinese; basic reading and writing ability in English.
• Strong sense of responsibility and adherence to company policies.
• Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
