职位概况

负责担任TUMI品牌大使，向客户传递品牌理念，提供高品质服务，提升客户忠诚度。

主要职责

按照公司服装仪容规定着装，遵循销售流程接待客人。
通过问候、倾听和提供超出需求的帮助，展示商品知识，完成全品类串联销售。
与客户讨论时尚潮流，提供建议，达成个人及店面业绩目标。
使用CRM系统维护客户资料，建立并巩固客户关系。
保持商品陈列整齐，维护店内清洁和品牌形象。
进行售后维修件的基础检测和报修流程。
正确安全管理库存，遵循开关店及百货店柜规范。
