About the role
We are seeking a Sales Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for Healthcare Professionals within a defined territory, focusing on eye care and ophthalmology medical devices.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical supervisors and target HCPs.
- Plan, document, and execute territory business plans to meet sales objectives.
- Increase awareness of the therapeutic area and help HCPs identify treatment gaps.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and congresses.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Optometry.
- At least 1 year of experience in eye‑care or ophthalmology medical devices.
- Understanding of healthcare institutions and managed‑care (Medicare/Medicaid) landscape.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and consultative abilities.
- Initiative, proactiveness, independence and willingness to travel occasionally.
