Thermal Mechanical Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Thermal Mechanical Engineer to develop next‑generation liquid cooling solutions for AI servers and data‑center applications. You will play a key part in enabling high‑power‑density computing by delivering efficient thermal management technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise liquid‑cooling architectures for AI‑focused hardware.
• Perform thermal and flow simulations to enhance cooling performance.
• Analyse test data, conduct root‑cause investigations and resolve thermal issues.
• Design and integrate thermal components using Creo CAD software.
• Execute GD&T and tolerance analyses for mechanical parts.
• Collaborate directly with customers and suppliers throughout development and validation phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑5 years of engineering experience.
• Proficiency in CFD simulation and thermal analysis.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
