Key responsibilities

• Help prepare project plans and coordinate activities from planning through implementation.
• Maintain a matrix for process improvements.
• Coordinate project schedules, task details, and prepare reports, tracking charts, checklists, and scheduling documents.
• Align internal resource progress to meet on‑time and budget objectives.
• Track project cost schedules for internal and external customers.
• Interface with external suppliers, monitoring and reporting progress against quality and cost metrics.
• Interact with internal customers and report on progress toward project objectives.

Required profile

• Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in the discipline and broadens capabilities.
• Understands key business drivers and applies this knowledge to accomplish work.
• Provides informal guidance to new team members without formal supervisory responsibilities.
