Teacher Training & Quality Coordinator

About the role

TutorABC is looking for a proactive Teacher Training & Quality Coordinator to oversee the full quality lifecycle of its teaching staff. Based in Taipei, you will ensure that foreign educators are recruited, trained, and supported to deliver engaging, interactive lessons that meet the company’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global recruitment pipelines, including university partnerships and social‑media outreach.
• Lead interview and mock‑teaching sessions to select elite foreign teachers and manage the onboarding process.
• Design and deliver teacher training programs, workshops, and one‑on‑one coaching aligned with TutorABC’s AI‑driven curriculum.
• Create training videos and manuals that communicate the “TutorABC Method.”
• Assess classroom performance, provide targeted feedback, and ensure consistency with company policies.
• Proofread teaching materials for accuracy before publication.
• Serve as the primary liaison for foreign teachers across time zones, addressing queries and coordinating with the Taipei headquarters.

Required profile

• Native‑level English speaker (C2 CEFR) with legal eligibility to work in Taiwan.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Internationally recognised ESL certification (CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years of teaching or educational support experience; recruitment experience is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with AI‑driven digital tools.
