Supply Planner – Taipei

About the role

As a Supply Planner you will join the Supply Planning team in Taipei, Taiwan, supporting a portfolio of global brands. You will be responsible for balancing inventory, service levels and cost while collaborating with multiple functions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage finished‑goods replenishment planning and execute inventory strategies to meet target inventory turns and high service levels.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve fulfillment performance.
• Monitor planning performance, identify gaps and drive on‑time delivery through risk mitigation and expediting.
• Optimize inventory deployment across the U.S. distribution‑center network to ensure efficient product flow.
• Evaluate capacity requirements for new product introductions, sourcing transitions and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain accurate planning parameters, safety‑stock levels and sourcing strategies using supply‑planning tools.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Sourcing, Order Management, Transportation and Distribution Center teams to resolve supply‑demand imbalances.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes and best practices in supply planning and inventory management.
• Advanced data‑analysis capabilities and experience with supply‑planning systems.
• Effective project‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with attention to detail and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication in both English and Chinese.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply‑chain or related field; CPIM certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant supply‑chain experience.
