About the role
As a member of Kuehne+Nagel’s Freight Forwarding team, you will be a pivotal salesperson in the Air sales channel, responsible for driving growth by developing medium‑sized accounts and hunting new business opportunities in air logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business through cold calling, networking, referrals and other lead‑generation activities.
- Manage and grow existing medium‑sized accounts, providing tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gain visibility on opportunities, engage early in RFQs and tenders, and meet sales KPIs.
- Maintain accurate CoreLog data for assigned customers and follow sales‑process guidelines.
- Identify key decision‑makers and influencers within customer organisations.
Required profile
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a focus on both hunting new business and farming existing accounts.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
