Supervisor, Quality Management – Process & System Improvement

About the role

The Supervisor, Quality Management will act as the global point of contact for G-EDM Quality Management and PS&R processes, driving continuous improvement and digital transformation. You will lead cross‑functional teams to design, optimise and automate quality‑related processes across BASF locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, optimisation and automation of Quality Management and PS&R processes, defining end‑state solutions and process models.
• Conduct regular analysis of existing processes and IT environments, aligning improvements with best practices and digitalisation goals.
• Identify global and country‑specific requirements, organise NGBA workshops, and deliver role‑based training for users.
• Create user documentation, process descriptions, guidelines and procedural instructions.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on implementation progress, represent G‑EDM in expert communities and build an internal Quality Management expert network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management, process improvement or related fields within an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of digitalisation and automation concepts applied to quality processes.
• Experience coordinating global or multi‑country projects and conducting stakeholder communication.
• Ability to design and deliver training sessions and produce clear documentation.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
