Sr. Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead cross‑functional initiatives that span product engineering, manufacturing, quality and supplier teams. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while navigating a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and track milestones.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact timelines or deliverables.
• Facilitate clear communication among internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary liaison.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality and supplier teams to drive process improvements and lead failure‑analysis efforts.
• Define and prioritize program objectives using project‑management tools and conduct regular status meetings.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and ensure alignment across diverse teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects across product, engineering, operations and quality functions.
• At least 3 years working with contract manufacturers or joint‑development partners.
• Hands‑on knowledge of hardware development lifecycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English to bridge Taiwan‑based and US teams.
• 3+ years of experience in gaming‑related projects or technical product management.
