Sr. Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver high‑impact learning solutions for our technical talent in Taiwan. You will partner with service, engineering and HR teams to create career‑building programs, onboarding experiences, and AI‑enabled learning tools that accelerate employee growth.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor‑led, virtual and blended learning for semiconductor professionals.
• Develop learning roadmaps for Service Engineers, Application Engineers and other technical roles.
• Source, evaluate and manage external training providers and learning partners.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end program delivery, including scheduling, communications, logistics and vendor management.
• Design and deliver customized team development programs covering communication, collaboration, problem‑solving and team effectiveness.
• Lead new‑hire orientation, onboarding sessions and early‑career development programs.
• Maintain learning records, participation tracking and reporting compliance.
• Analyze feedback and program metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Explore and implement AI‑enabled learning tools and digital solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, Business or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training or Organizational Development.
• Experience supporting semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering or other technical organizations is preferred.
• Background as a Customer Service Engineer, Application Engineer or similar technical role is a plus.
