About the role
The Sourcer will be responsible for managing the procurement of IC and connector components, ensuring the best supplier support and cost‑effective solutions for the business.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct procurement activities for IC/Connector items, including supplier selection and management.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships to secure optimal support.
- Lead negotiations to achieve cost savings and favorable business terms.
- Collect industry market information and report demand‑supply trends.
- Coordinate with internal functions to prioritize supply plans according to business needs.
Required profile
- Experience in supplier selection, management, and negotiation.
- Ability to analyse market trends and translate them into actionable supply plans.
- Strong communication skills for internal coordination and external supplier interaction.
