Industry Process Consultant – PLM Solutions

About the role

The Industry Process Consultant – PLM Solutions will help customers transform their business by analysing requirements, redesigning processes and delivering PLM solutions built on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will work closely with sales, pre‑sales and partner teams to shape engagements and ensure the proposed architecture meets industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth analysis of customer requirements and workflows to support business transformation through process re‑engineering.
• Translate business challenges and goals into effective PLM solutions using ENOVIA, DELMIA, CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Collaborate with Industry Service Sales, pre‑sales, and partners to define engagement models, assess opportunities and evaluate feasibility, value and risks.
• Develop and present solution architectures, proposals, demonstrations and workshops that align with customer needs.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across Dassault Systèmes teams and partners to ensure consistency in solution proposals.
• Provide feedback to internal product teams to enhance PLM offerings.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in PLM‑related fields, with at least 5 years in solution architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
• Proven consulting experience as a Solution Architect or Industry Process Consultant.
• Strong proposal writing and value‑driven pitching abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and quick to learn new technologies.
• Excellent English communication skills for discussing technical issues with R&D.
• Industry knowledge in automotive, aerospace, high‑tech or manufacturing is preferred.
