Solution Consultant – Quality Solutions (Taiwan)

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Solution Consultant to join its Quality team in Taiwan. The consultant will act as a product expert, partnering with sales and account teams to demonstrate how Veeva Quality solutions address customer challenges and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with account partners to uncover customer business challenges, objectives, and compliance needs.
• Design and deliver high‑impact demonstrations, workshops, and conference‑room pilots that showcase Veeva Quality functionality.
• Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, including responding to RFPs and RFIs.
• Configure and maintain demo environments to reflect the latest product features.
• Work with cross‑functional Quality teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Create content, record videos, and present at industry conferences and Veeva events.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the Life Sciences Quality domain (QA/QC operations, GxP consulting, or Quality software).
• 2+ years of experience in software pre‑sales or professional services implementation for life‑sciences organizations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
• Self‑starter able to work independently and travel 30‑40% for customer engagements.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with digital quality solutions such as TrackWise, Documentum, and MasterControl.
• Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud platforms and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
