职位概况
我们在台湾运营「火箭速配」与「火箭跨境」，提供隔日到货与国际速配服务。现正寻找人才协助Coupang台湾业务拓展，携手打造让顾客离不开Coupang的生态。
主要职责
- 独立任务执行与管控：规划优先顺序，完成新供应商建档、成本调整与商品映射，确保数据质量。
- 主动监控与问题定义：使用Excel定期盘点数据健康度，发现异常主动提报并说明业务影响。
- 跨部门串接与协调：主动发起沟通，串接相关窗口达成共识并追踪问题直至解决。
- 营运洞察与改善建议：管理日常营运数字，转化为报告或改进方案，提出优化建议。
- 紧急事件处理：在数据错误或系统异常时，判断影响范围并主动串接资源进行修复。
任职要求
- 熟练使用Excel高级函数（如XLOOKUP、数据透视表、逻辑嵌套公式）。
- 具备独立作业能力，能在模糊情境下梳理执行路径并自我审核交付成果。
- 主动积极的沟通特质，具备问题导向的跨团队协作能力。
- 至少2年电商、供应链或大型数据处理环境的实务经验。
