Shipper/Receiver – Warehouse Operations

About the role

The Shipper/Receiver will manage the end‑to‑end flow of materials, parts, and equipment in our Zhubei City facility. You will ensure accurate receiving, storage, inventory control, and timely shipment while supporting operational compliance and collaborating with internal teams and logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to maintain material flow.
• Verify and process inbound and outbound materials with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper storage, cycle counts, and material tracking.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate logistics with carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Support material staging and distribution to manufacturing and operational teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company warehouse standards.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Capability to perform physical warehouse activities and follow safety requirements.
