Courier – Package Collection & Delivery

About the role

Join FedEx as a Courier and be the frontline of our express transportation network. You will safely collect, transport, and deliver packages while ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver packages on assigned routes, adhering to strict time schedules.
• Verify and scan package contents at pick‑up and delivery to confirm order accuracy.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service during each interaction.
• Securely pack items and ensure package integrity throughout transit.
• Report any delivery issues, damaged goods, or address discrepancies promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of professional driving experience (18 months for lead roles).
• Valid licence to operate a motorbike, Light Goods Vehicle (LGV), Medium Goods Vehicle (MGV) or Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV).
