Service Sales Manager

About the role

The Service Sales Manager will join the sales team in Taiwan, overseeing service sales activities for HVAC equipment. The role focuses on achieving annual sales targets while ensuring designs meet local authority and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
• Lead and direct the sales team, planning sales activities, tendering, negotiation, marketing and promotional functions.
• Develop team personnel to optimise equipment selection, minimise lead times and meet tender specifications cost‑effectively.
• Strengthen relationships with owners, contractors, consultants and other external stakeholders to secure orders.
• Liaise with customers, attend meetings, conduct site visits and ensure customer satisfaction with HVAC system execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure internal processes are efficient and aligned with objectives.

Required profile

• Degree holder or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of HVAC sales experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Deep knowledge of the Taiwan service market and its segmentation.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong selling, influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Independent, resourceful, strategic‑thinking and able to work under pressure.
