Senior/Principal Project Manager – Clinical Trials (Mandarin)

About the role

Avance Clinical, Australia’s fastest‑growing CRO, is seeking an experienced Mandarin‑speaking Senior/Principal Project Manager to lead clinical trial projects across multiple therapeutic areas. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and trial sites, ensuring studies are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clinical projects from initiation through completion, overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Serve as the main interface between clients and trial sites, maintaining clear communication and expectations.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent trials, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to ICH GCP.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
• Prior experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is highly regarded.
• Training and working knowledge of ICH GCP and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong commitment to client confidentiality and data protection.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for stakeholder updates.
• Proactive problem‑solving ability and sound judgment.
