Senior SoC Architect

About the role

MemryX Inc. is seeking a Senior SoC Architect to define and drive system‑level architecture for next‑generation AI and edge‑computing System‑on‑Chip designs. The role bridges software requirements and hardware implementation, guiding technical decisions from concept through silicon bring‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Define overall SoC architecture, including memory hierarchy, IP selection, high‑speed interconnects, coherency, I/O, security, and power‑management.
• Own architectural specifications and roadmaps; author and maintain detailed documents.
• Perform trade‑off analysis balancing performance, power, area, cost, and schedule for edge workloads.
• Develop performance models for AI workloads and identify bottlenecks across hardware and software.
• Collaborate with RTL, verification, firmware, compiler, and application teams throughout development.
