Senior Sales Specialist – FinTech

About the role

Zeal Group, an award‑winning FinTech company, is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to drive client acquisition and nurture existing relationships across its global portfolio. You will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to deliver high‑quality service and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute plans to attract new clients and retain key IB partners.
• Follow a full business‑development cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Analyse financial data and market trends to produce sales strategies and marketing collateral.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build strong pipelines and long‑term relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery of services that meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify growth opportunities and share market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales or business‑development experience in the FOREX or broader financial industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
• Professional integrity and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
