Senior Recruiter – Taiwan (APAC)

About the role

We are expanding our recruiting team in Taiwan and need a Senior Recruiter to drive innovative talent acquisition strategies for Molex and the broader Koch portfolio across APAC. You will partner with business leaders, hiring managers and HR to attract top technical talent and shape our hiring culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruiting strategies for Taiwan and APAC, including active sourcing, screening and shortlisting.
• Define end‑to‑end recruitment processes for critical technical roles aligned with the Koch Recruiting Global Vision.
• Build trusted relationships with business leadership, hiring managers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Champion the corporate culture (PBM) throughout the hiring process and act as a Talent Advisor providing data‑driven insights.
• Lead key recruiting initiatives and projects in collaboration with the recruiting team and hiring partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting with measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel ad‑hoc within and outside Taiwan.
• Passion for solving complex recruiting challenges and coaching stakeholders.
• Experience designing recruiting strategies for critical positions in close partnership with business units.
