Senior Recruiter

About the role

Coupang is expanding in Taiwan and is hiring a Senior Recruiter. The role partners closely with key business leaders to understand team needs, anticipate growth and shape talent acquisition around the expansion plan, while identifying high-impact people who can drive innovation and change.

Key responsibilities

• Actively recruit top talent across all aspects of the business.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across open roles, helping management find, hire and retain quality talent.
• Build and nurture relationships with a database of active and passive candidates.
• Partner with the recruiting team and managers to design and implement recruiting strategies.
• Monitor job boards, social networks and platforms, and create and publish job descriptions and announcements.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of direct, hands-on recruitment experience.
• Experience with various types of recruiting, such as bulk hiring and leadership programs.
• Customer-oriented, with strong communication, persuasion, relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, creative and data-driven, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: experience hiring executives (director or above).
